Since I'm still "on vacation", we decided to invite some friends over. We were undecided about what to cook, so we decided to go with Tri Tip, over ribs, and bbq chicken.

Preparing the first tri tip for the smoker. I coated it first in chili spiced mustard. Very hot, but the hotness we kind of lost during cooking

Meat hit 160, so I added some Stubbs Original, and foiled it

Getting the ribs ready for the oven: Bavarian style with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds
