After reading a thread on another board about not boiling ribs, I knew I had to have some ribs. Cooked for just under five hours. Smoked with cherry, rubbed with my own rub, and moped with apple juice. Sauce was store bought and applied 15 minutes before pulling. They were fall off the bone tender.
This was the first WSM rib cook. I cooked 6 racks of BBs Four on top in a rack and two on the bottem bent into a cresent shape. The rib picture is after rearranging for saucing up.
