Tony, as long as you can get the belly, it's to easy to pass up! It just has a different flavor! Not being injected with water/chemicals probably has something to with it!

Fantastic pig strips Tony! Homemade bacon is the best, much better than what you get in the store, less slime, better taste, just all around better. Going to have to find some pork belly soon.
