Did my first smoke today 2 slaps of ribs must have been good because my 17 year old son was eating like there was no tomorrow so I think it was a good smoke for the first tim
1. used the minion method to fire up the smoker.
2. Hickory for smoke.
3. Cooked in temp range between 225 and 235 final found the sweet spot at 230.
Next smoked pork shoulder for the 4th. Thanks to all members have read post and and learned a thing or too all most consider
myself almost dangerous with the smoker
So everyone have Happy and Safe 4th.
