The WSM is so much easier to use/control than the ECB.


Trying out the Heatermeter, also have a Fluke meter with a thermocouple attachment to help verify the Heatermeter.

Didn't get rid of the ECB yet. Have a family reunion that i am smoking 3 briskets for also some sausage. Figured I would take the ECB along to do the sausage while the WSM was filled with the brisket. Can't talk the wife into another WSM so quickly
