Made some beef ribs today, and they came out great. Used my gasser and a wood chip box because we had too many grandbabies running around for me to use the smoker. (We're downtown with a deck and not a lot of space.) Anyway, they came out great - used my own Canada Mike rub, cooked at about 235 for 5 hours. Delish, though everyone agreed pork takes first place.
