Thanks all for the positive feedback .....

Next challenge? 2 pork butts using the Minion method for a family get-together this coming Saturday. I'll post pictures (assuming I will be just as successful as I was with the ribs

) with that project as well.

Mmmmmmmm ...... Deep fried chicken wings and pulled pork sandwiches - with cole slaw and potato flour rolls of course !!!!!
