Fathers day NY Strips

Happy Fathers day to all. For dinner tonight I grilled up a few CAB NY Strips. I have been busy lately with work and kids sports and haven't had much time to bring the camera with me when I grill. But tonight things where a little slower and I was able to snap a couple shots of tonight's dinner.

Thank you everybody for all the kind words, they are all appreciated. Chris these particular potato pancakes were purchased from a local market, all I did was pan fry them up in a little olive oil and butter, seasoned with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary.
