After a successful 1st try on the WSM last week -- friends and family have called for an encore of the ribs I made last week. I feel like a baseball player stepping out of the dugout for a curtain call. I give all the credit to the WSM and folks on this board.

Some time to rest ....had some beer from Blue Mountain Brewery in my growler and Cuban Libre (bicardi rum, coke) for cocktails
