This one is as easy and quick as I can find and if you like bluecheese, this one is for you.
Ingredients:
Kettle Chips "hardchips"
Bluecheese dressing, I like Kens Steakhouse.
Crumbled Bluecheese.
Preheat Broiler to high.
In a shallow pan place Kettle chips piled about an inch or so high. I use preheated stoneware.
Drizzle with Dressing. As much as you like.
Top with bluecheese crumbles. I like a bunch on top but you can ease up to you're taste.
Broil until the top starts to brown and some of the chip edges turn dark brown but not black. It only takes a few minutes.
Serve very warm. I hope you like it.
