On friday afternoon, a package arrived for me.
It contained the new cajun bandit rotisserie ring that will fit weber kettle's AND cajun bandits.
It also contained a rib-o-lator.
I really wanted to smoke some ribs on saturday with the ribolator in the cajun bandit - but I had a TON of errands to run (including buying myself a week's worth of business formal wear)
"Maybe sunday" I told myself. But sunday came and my best friends daughter's birthday party consumed the entire middle portion of the day.
The noise and commotion of all the screaming kids took ALL my energy (I'm an extreme introvert). By the time I was 'ready' to cook - it was 6pm
I leave today for san francisco - so the ribs, and the rib-o-lator will have to wait until next weekend.
