I've read here some topics about ordering and communication with John at Rock's BBQ. This is my experience from 9000 miles away .
- 10/15 had a problem ordering on line, no European shipping possible and mailed him about it.
- 10/16 got a reply, he had altered the website, and it worked , so I ordered.
- few days later I asked a question about the power adapter, got a reply within 24 hrs.
- 10/30, asked when it would be shipped , reply : shipped yesterday.
- 11/13 Stoker arrived
in 100% condition.
So 4 weeks after ordering it was at my doorstep and that includes 1,5 week at Dutch Customs.
IMHO that's a good job, thanks John.
