Cooked a batch today, and they came out great. Soaked in some apple juice for a few hours before, then added some rub and brown sugar.
Cooked for about 4 hours at 225ish on the WSM, and sprayed with apple juice every hour and again when done...cut/pulled them after foiling for about 20 minutes.
They were tasty!!
