Cold Shoulder, cold night

Need to do some shoulders and butts for this weekends game. Could not find anything close
at markets so went to freezer and pulled out two 9 1/2 shoulders. Let sit in water in sink for an hour, just put rub on and put into WSM at 7:30pm.
Going to get down to below freezing tonight.
Plan on running WSM wide open and see if I can get to 250 lid temp. Plan on reloading charcoal
about 11:00pm and running all night. Will be interesting to see how long these size shoulders will take basically frozen.
