Classic Barbecue Spice Rub

4 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. pure chile powder
2 tsp. light brown sugar
2 tsp. granulated garlic
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Makes about 1/4 cup

So far, I have found this recipe also in "Weber's Way To Grill - 2008" and" Time To Grill - 2011" Wonder how many other books it is in? :unsure:☺️
