Quick dinner.
Two two inch Pork Rib Chops marinated in Goya Mojo then seasoned with this stuff.

Hickory chunks for smoke, Kingsford blue for fuel, and an 18" avacoda green kettle for cook...

...this dinner was nice.

Roasted baby yams kissed by buttered turbinado sugar and flaked Parmigiano-Reggiano grilled asparagus sat in.

The flavour of the chops was amazing! The yams are house favourites... and the asparagus is fresh & in season and crispy great!

I'm with Shaun. I didn't think that an 18" grill could hold a lampe sized dinner!
