Chicken for dinner....

It's 4:30. Is there any way I can have chicken on the WSM for dinner tonight by 7:30? I do not have the ckicken yet (so I haven't been brining or anything).
 
Chicken does well at high pit temps so it can be done, cook at 300 to 325 pit temps. Start now!

I know this is after the fact, but I always butterfly my birds for cooking. THis can greatly shorten your cooking time. on my gasser, I get a bird done in 45 to 60 minutes.

Just pulled the birds. 2 six pounds beauties butterflied. 30 minutes late, but nobody's complaining.
