Cherry smoked Franks Drummers!

This continues to be one of my favorite cooks. I just switch up the rub, wood and then decide to sauce or not. This time it was a light rub and some cherry 🍒 wood with a swirl of Franks at the end. Everything looks wonderful Richard, even the peas (because they peas in a pod, otherwise I'd hate them, lol) The Franks buffalo wing sauce is pretty good. I suggest trying Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo sauce. It's not quite as hot as Franks, but it's also not as vinegar as Franks. You can always step up the heat by adding some cayenne to the sauce (if needed)
