Pammi had all of this week off and I managed to get off the second half of the week, so we went to our favorite campground, Ebenezer Park in Rock Hill! I had planned on getting pics of all of the cooks, but I kept forgetting my phone! Here’s what I did get.
Burgers were on the menu for Wednesday dinner with the boys. I didn’t get pics of that, but I did get Allen expertly roasting a marshmallow for s’mores!
I did cook a half a slab of baby backs for Thursday dinner on the JJ. Pammi made some doctorEd beans and some coles. I even managed a plated pic!
Friday we went to the zoo in Columbia and we’re way too tired to cook, so we stopped at a brewery on the way back to the camper. But we did get a cute pic with the boys!
