If a package of ribs from a grocery store doesn't say anywhere on the package that they are inhanced with solution is it safe to say they are not. Wouldn't the have to according to the FDA?

They have to be clearly marked if they are enhanced so you should be good.

Is it a branded package like Hormel, Farmland, etc. or just some plain wrapping with no supplier identification?

If it's the latter, see if the head of the meat department will tell you who the supplier is. And if it's a chain store you can always call or email the corporate office for information.
