So a friend let me try some stuff from their butcher box subscription…pretty good stuff. Now we hooked and order from there. No good butcher shops that I have found locally…Most don’t know how to cut/trim and their prices about the same as BB. The BB steaks all grass fed and amazing. Bacon is pricey but they run specials on it. Wings were plumb and tasty. And the Heritage breed pork is like Buttah! (Wife’s favorite). Even the seafood is good. Have had the scallops and salmon.
Just wanted to put this out there if anyone had issues getting some good proteins.
