Its pretty good stuff. I had it sliced thin so I could fry it up crispy. /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I saved the ends and unsliceable pieces for seasoning pintos and baked beans. /infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

It frys up pretty nice except for some of it lacks enough fat for my liking. /infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

An iron skillet seems to work best for cooking it. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Bet its gonna make some good gravy from the renderings! Hope to find out next Sat morning! /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

This can't be good for ya, it tastes too good!

Yeah, I don't think buckboard bacon is going on any health food restaurant menus!

I've made beans twice with the ods and ends, and i's fabulous, meatier than regular bacon.
