Picked up a slightly under 10# whole choice brisket at Costco Monday, I had NOT intended to do one this weekend but, at that price? Yeah, why not. Then in another two weeks, the SRF for All Hallows Eve! No clue what sides will happen for either feast but, that’s relative to what’s available! Pig shots? Mashed potatoes? Roasted sweet potatoes? Brussels sprouts? Carrots? I’m not too worried. Lots to choose from!

That looks so good. I tried to cook my first one this past weekend & only did the flat (is only me & didn’t want to cook a full size one esp if I messed it up) & it just didn’t turn out great. Ended up drying it out. So thankful I didn’t cook a full sized one!

I’m doing about a 10# full brisket this weekend it’s a small one, the smallest I’ve ever done to be honest!
