Brisket Sunday

On Saturday I trimmed up and seasoned a 9 lb Brisket:

Sunday morning at 6 am started up the charcoal chimmey on the performer and got the WSM loaded:

4 hrs into the cook:

Off the grill and sliced at about 9 hrs.

Now that's a Lampe sized bun, and mighty tasty looking too! 9 hours--musta been at higher heat? Great looking brisket!
 
Dave...Paprika, brown sugar,black pepper, chili powder,garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, and a hit of adobo seasoning
 
HO CHEE WAWA!! Kim! you crushed this one! that is gone and aint ever coming back! Now, I know you have some leftovers, I'll be up in about 10 hours and I'll bring the beer:D Man, this looks so daggum good! I can't wait to get a WSM.
