Using Chris' brisket picture from TVWB, do I have the flat & point sections marked accordingly?

Brian,

See that little patch of red meat on top, in the middle of all that fat? In this particular brisket, the point covers the flat from that spot all the way to the right where you circled.

The photo at the bottom of this page shows a cross-section of cooked brisket, showing how the point lays over the flat. Click the photo for a larger image:
