Bout As Simple As It Gets

Relaxing this afternoon with a couple of Martinis, so I wanted a simple dinner. Had a package of 85/15 (no 80/20 available) so decided to do some burgers. I like simple burgers, so seasoned with S & P only and made up some patties.



Filled 3/4 chiminy with mostly used KBB and whatever leftover wood was mixed in and heated up a couple of ManGrates.



While the grill was heating up, made a sauce of Chili Sauce, Sriracha, Worcestershire, and Ghost Pepper Sauce.



Burgers on





Done and ready to plate



Plated up with some store bought sides (sorry, a little out of focus) Nice bite to the sauce.

Burger was super juicy, and just a little smokey.

Great Burgers with (sounds like a) Great topping sauce!!
Not sure what ManGrates are, but seems like they sear the beef daggum good!
 
Gregory, when it come to preference for simple burgers, I'm with you. All I ask is that the burger be made from good quality beef, properly seasoned with salt & pepper, and not overcooked. Those patties look excellent.
