Beerbecue Flank Steak

Hey all.

Used a marinade recipe from Chef John at Food Wishes and Grilled up a nice flank steak on my OTG.

Reduced the marinade and sauced the steak while grilling and after as well. It made for such a flavorful and tender steak. I highly recommend the recipe

Served with some home fries and steamed broccoli
