Almost bought the whole case.

Whoever trimmed these was good.
All bones seven across.

I was still quite tempted.

Are you saying the trimmed out all the spare meat from them? I see that a lot on beef ribs.

Could see the bones from both sides. Little meat in-between. Almost colorless.
Still tempted but would have been a mistake.
No meat on the bones. Only connecting the bones. Now if I had a dog with me...

Yah, that is how the beef ribs at Walmart are. Totally a waste of time to cook them.
