Beef Back Ribs and BBQ Sauce

I followed the recipes offered throughout this forum. The ribs were (and still are) a success although a tiny bit undercooked.

THe sauce used for basting during the last 30 minutes of cooking/smoking on the WSM was Cattleman's BBQ Sauce. Once plated and tasted, the ribs required absolutely no accompaniment as far as sauce goes. The beef flavor carried itself quite well.

good to hear it game out great. Ive done the yumyum recipe myself and it came out good. But like yourself it was a bit undercooked. Would have been a bit more tender if they would have stayed on 30-45 minutes longer.
