BB's, ABT's & Sirloin Tip on the WSM w/ pics

Spent all day yesterday doing some things on the WSM.

Rubbed the sirloin tip roast Friday night with a basic rub of rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper(no salt, didnt want to pull the moisture out). Applied kisher salt before smoking. Smoked 2 hours on the dot, pulled @ 130 internal. Cut in half, cooled and sliced this am for some sandwiches later.

thanks bob. the bits I have tasted are really good.

Im gonna turn the roast meat into steak sandwiches for the 2nd NFL game.
 
That sirloin tip really looks great. The ribs and the ABTs are nothing to sneeze at but that tip meat looks awesome. Thanks for sharing.

thanks jeff,

got it off just in time @ 130(i like my beef rare-medium rare at most), I forgot to add I used Royal Oak Lump, and cherry wood for everything.
