Baked Potatoes on the WSM

I am a diabetic on a very low carb diet so I can't eat potatoes but at the end of todays smoke the SIL asked if I could do a couple of baked ones. I took the turkey and salmon off and put the spuds on. I took a small taste of the finished product and was amazed on how the smoke flavor went through the skin and into the meat of the tater.
