Joe V TVWBB Fan Mar 17, 2017 #1 Bacon weaved and wrapped some back strap last night. I baked it in the oven at 375* for a quick work night dinner. Plated with sautéed zucchini & fresh spinach topped with crumbled bleu cheese. It came out pretty tasty.
