Bacon Wrapped Venison

Bacon weaved and wrapped some back strap last night. I baked it in the oven at 375* for a quick work night dinner. Plated with sautéed zucchini & fresh spinach topped with crumbled bleu cheese. It came out pretty tasty.

Thanks for the kind words fellas. This venison is from the six point buck I harvested this past November.
