Bacon wrapped polish.

Had a few packs of Aldi polish ( real good ) that I needed to clear out.
A pound of bacon and some weber Carolina gold mustard seasoning.
On the Vortex with JD lump and a chunk of alder.
Glazed with some brown sugar bourbon at the end.
Spicy sweet mustard and seasoned waffle fries.

These last few get-together cooks I’ve been tossing a polish/kielbasa on the barby.
I served them with jumbo toothpicks and Dijon mustard on the side.
These treats never last long.
The next batch will be wrapped in bacon.
