Bachelor Party Feast

Spent few days last weekend outside of Ocean City, MD in smaller town called Dewey. I'm a groomsman, and the bestman opened up his beach house to about 18 guys. Bad idea? Probably... I was put in charge of food, and manned the grill all day to keep everyone enjoying delicious meats. Another groomsman is the guy I process chickens and did 2 pigs with last november. His uncle also runs a beef farm, and we had beautiful beef from that. Another guy brought homemade deer sausage, and others provided burgers ect...

In accordance with all bachelor party etiquette, only pictures of the food shall be shared ;-)

He had this labeled as a Tri-Tip Roast. It looks shaped like a Tri-tip, but I've never seen one so thick. This was easily 3 inches thick. It was incredible.

Great time had by all, and delicious food enjoyed. I've been friends with some of these guys since I was 10 years old, so lot of great memories to be shared.
