Baby Back Timing Help

I have two full sides ready to go...And, Since I always burn them, could someone give me some better guidelines as to when they are done. Thanks
 
DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THE BEND TEST? IT'S WHEN YOU PICK THEM UP WITH TONGS AND THEY HANG ALMOST STRAIGHT DOWN THEN THERE READY TO SAUCE FOR ABOUT A HALF HOUR.SAUCE LAST SO THE SUGAR IN THE SAUCE DOESN'T BURN. SORRY BOUT THE CAPS. START CHECKING BBACKS ABOUT 3 HOURS IN.
 
they should be at 225-250 for at least 4 hrs... try foiling halfway thru if you're having troubles burning them.
 
If your cooking @ 225 to 250 and not foiling i have had them take any were from 4hrs 45 min to as long as 7 hours . there is no set time there done when there done. BUT I use the tear bend test and just start cking them after 4 hrs . after a while you get a feel for how its coming along . but they will surprise youi every now and then so you gotta ckem
