I had the day off & I wanted to try out the Santa Maria attachment with some ribs, cave man style! I spritzed with apple juice & ACV.
One chimney of KBB & a few splits of hickory to get things going.
SPG for the rub with a little cayenne pepper for color, no sugar allowed!
After 1 hour.
After 2 hrs!
Wrapped for a 1/2 hour.
All done! These were extremely tasty, way better then I would have thought, amazing aroma throughout the cook, very satisfying!
