Putting on a nice rump roast on the WSM, 9:30 pm, full load of Kingsford, 6-8 nice chunks of mesquite,
modified water pan full, covered the meat with olive oil, used heavy stubbs rub, will cook overnight
and see what happens, has a nice fat cap, hopefully this will help bast this thing.
