Did an overnighter Saturday night on two WSM's, put eight butts on about 10:15pm, the first ones came off about 10:00am and the last ones about noon. Both WSM's ran with one load of charcoal, noticed at 2:30pm one WSM was still holding at 225. Got them all pulled and put into freezer, first home game is in 5 weeks. Plan two more cooks of eight butts per cook and should have enough pulled pork for the three home games we are tailgating at.
