Picked this up a while back from a really nice fella. Initially, I thought the wheels were red. However, after closer inspection it was just a small coating of rust on the steel legs, wheels, and utility pan. After giving those parts a bath in evaporust...we have this.....It is in remarkable condition for its age and is still as shiny as it was 55+ years ago. A new white end cap and one cap nut..and we are good to go.
