Just finished my 1st butt. Let it settle for an hour. Wow, this thing turned out way better than I hoped. All the meat pulled apart very easy, and all looks good. All is cooked, and moist. Iv'e never seen anything like it. Next time I will cook more than one and pass it around. I am pretty proud of this one. Thanks for all your support.
