1st Catering Gig On 4th Of July

Sorry everyone for the late reply...

@Mike Cosgrove - Thanks for looking!

@Kim Drana - Thanks Kim!

@Tony R - Gracias Tony, hopefully this is just the begining. Just trying to get my name out there.

@Ed M. - Thanks Ed, everything went well I just didnt realize how much work it is...lol

@mk evenson - Thanks!

@Gary H. NJ - Thanks Gary

@Paul Kastner - Too bad we didnt have that Star Trek technology where I could beam some up to you.

@RogerS - Thanks Roger

@Rolf Jacobsen - Thanks Rolf, if only we lived closer!

@John Solak - Thanks John, it was alot of work but in the end it was all worth it.

@Michael C. - Thanks Michael sure was, my WSM's put in some work that day.

@ Bob Sample - Maybe I could FedEx you some...lol

@ Alan F - I was a lil worried about that as well, especially with the bottom rack. They both were a tight squeeze but the WSM held at a temp of 250 the whole cook.

@Miguel M - Gracias Miguel! No CB doors on my WSM but I am considering picking one up. One smoker the door has a tight seal but on my other one it leaks a lil.

@David Trevett - Thanks David!

@AlWielgosz - With this cook, I was finally able to get my timing down for brisket so that will help me out come comp time.

Thanks again everyone for the comments, have a good week!

Carlos - I saw this the other day and then lost it - glad it was bumped back up. Everything looks terrific...you are sure to have future catering gigs in the future!!!
