I stopped by my local Red and White store and picked up an 11.50 pound 1/4 pig (ham section)today...Just rubbed her down with my Butt rub mix...gonna do her tomorrow and see how she comes out...I've done a whole hog on my bigger Drum-Pit a couple of years ago and that was alot of work...but the Q' was mighty tasty!!! At least this time around I get to get my WSM up to temp and relax!!! lol I'll post pic's of the cook!! Everyone have a good weekend!!!
