made some mac & cheese yesterday - was a little worked so I opted for the easiest recipe...

I used a nacho cheese sauce (made like a bechamel using Tilamook extra sharp cheese)

The only thing I cooked outside was the bacon....

inside the enameled dutch oven - I shouldn't have par-cooked the potatoes & just followed the recipe & I bet they'd have held up better ---- but I was hungrier than my dinner was progressing so

Clint, looks like you had a great day!!! Great cook, good weather and great skiing.......what else could one ask for!!! Well done!

Wonderful dinner Clint, that plate looks fantastic. Great pictures too, although I'm glad it's where you are and not where I am. Way to cold for me.

Everything looks super. Not sure which meal would be my favorite - probably the mac 'n cheese with breakfast.
