Had family from Florida out this weekend, did a five rack rib cook. They were really good, the best ones were the darkest ones

The 77 (black) got the ribs duty, the 85 (red) got the tatters duty

They took 3.5 hours to cook, the two racks in the middle could have used a few more minutes on the BBQ, but they were done and tender, but the really good ones were the dark one
