S&P, garlic, fresh oregano, fresh thyme. Squeezed some lemon juice over it every 10 minutes or so. 375º for about 50 minutes then foiled/rested for about 20 minutes.

Outstanding job Kevin, never seen it done this way but yes Rich will be trying this one for sure.
 
I bet those ribs were great. I'm getting a roto for Christmas, the first spin will be our Christmas Prime Rib and I predict the second spin will be some ribs. Looks mighty worthy method
