Marinade ?

A packet of this.

1/4 cup of olive oil and juice of one lime. Put all in a ziplock bag the night before. We usually just throw all this together with frozen thighs the night before and it's good to go for the next day's dinner.

Nice. Try a bottle of Wishbone Italian dressing sometime just for fun............ we used to use Italian dressing,,,or rather, friends would before I knew much (still don't) about marinating.

What got me back on this kick was this:

(plus it's actually a decent dressing)

Ah, the old Italian dressing marinade. I know it well and still use it, simple and good. Nice cook Nate.

That is some awesome looking chicken you did real good. Like Clint said try Wishbone Italian dressing its awesome and I've used that for years.

Great looking cook. I'm guessing the Vortex is a new favorite for you. Do you like it that much more than just the baskets? I've been on the fence about it.
