Rib Cook

Actually did this cook Sunday but because of technical difficulties was unable to post until tonight. Long story short, turned on the water to my automatic sprinklers and the router just happened to be in the same room under the stairs... The water was quickly cleaned up but not before ruining life as we know it for the teenagers.

Rubbed the ribs with mustard and home made rub.

Found a new kind of Kingsford in these parts so I thought I would give it a try.

So as to not bore you cooked the ribs low and slow, Kim made some barbecue sauce, daughter number two made cornbread and it was all served up for a very nice meal.

Everything turned out great. The ribs were cooked slow for five hours, no foil, and were so tender.
Thanks for looking and I hope everyone has a great rest of the week.
