Found some tilapia on sale so I decided to make tacos



Nothing crazy. Flour seasoned with webers zesty lemon and old bay. Dipped the fish then they went on the disc









Fast and easy meal

Another just wow cook from the master, way to go T&M

And another just wow found in the thread: Tilapia on sale!!! That's pretty hard to find anymore. 10 years ago, nobody even knew of Tilapia, now it's as expensive as Salmon
 
Never been a fan of fish tacos, until now, those look great and I really like Tilapia. Nice cook Tony!
 
Is the disc your comal??

edit: nevermind just read your other thread about getting the disc from mexico, was about to say, damn that comal is versatile!
 
Impressive as always, man! Sometimes those quick ones really surprise you when you sit down to the table thinking "this isn't going to be anything special". Hope they are as good as they looked.
