Just did a slab today with a couple different things
One-- I loaded up on the wood (hickory, misquote), I wanted to get rid of some
two-- I spritzed allot with Minor'e Aus Jus concentrate
Here is how it went down

Look awesome !!! Now try some english cut short ribs .....more meat and marbling.I get the full length ones.These are what you get at the Reno Cookoff.
