We've got the ribs prepped and ready for the WSM. Here are some pics of me and my brother Jeff smoking them, and my dad and niece eating them.

No bucket today! We're going top drawer with Costco baby backs, Armadillo Willy's rub, a little apple and hickory, and some doctored sauce at the end.
 
The ribs were easy, getting the EZ-UP setup was a completely different story...especially in a rain storm! But we did it.
 
Nicely done. You guys must be in your late 20's with a young dad like that.

I like the fact there's no 3-2-1 stuff going on! (That at least I could see!)
